Paulk Park Depot Cabin

Located in Paulk Park, the 2,000 s.f. Depot Cabin is a perfect location for your small reception, meeting, or family gathering.  Facilities & amenities include:
  • accommodates approximately 75 people
  • tables & chairs available for set-up
  • access to restrooms, full kitchen, ice-maker
  • outdoor BBQ pit
  • 5-acre lake stocked with bream, bass, and catfish (fishing license required)
  • shelter with picnic table
  • on east side of the lake: dock, boat ramp (trolling motors only, please), picnic shelters, nature trail

Rental Fee & Deposit

Rental fee includes cleaning, set-up, and use of facility. Refundable booking/damage/key deposit of $160 will hold the room. Balance of rental due 1 week before booked event. Cancellations must be made 1 week in advance for deposit to be returned. All bookings/damage deposits are CASH ONLY.

For small receptions, meetings, family gatherings (general public):
  • ​rental fee: $300/day (second day $100)
  • refundable booking/damage deposit: $160
  • $10 will be charged if key is not returned the next business day after event​
