Paulk Park Depot Cabin

Located in Paulk Park, the 2,000 s.f. Depot Cabin is a perfect location for your small reception, meeting, or family gathering. Facilities & amenities include:

accommodates 75 people, per Fire Marshal
tables & chairs available for set-up
access to restrooms, full kitchen, ice-maker
outdoor BBQ pit
5-acre lake stocked with bream, bass, and catfish (fishing license required)
shelter with picnic table
on east side of the lake: dock, boat ramp (trolling motors only, please), picnic shelters, nature trail

Rental Fee & Deposit

Rental fee includes cleaning, set-up, and use of facility. Refundable booking/damage/key deposit of $160 will hold the room for 1st day (2nd day add $100). Balance of rental due 1 week before booked event. Cancellations must be made 1 week in advance for deposit to be returned. All bookings/damage deposits are CASH ONLY.

For small receptions, meetings, family gatherings (general public):

rental fee: $300/day (second day $100), events charging admission/selling products: $450/day.
refundable booking/damage deposit: $160/$260 (if renting two days)
All deposits must be in cash
Key must be returned the next business day to receive full Deposit refund.
