Monitor Park Banquet Hall/Small Meeting Room

The Monitor Banquet Hall has a large room and a small room available for rent for different sizes & types of events.  Below are the facilities & amenities for each:
  • ​Large Room - Reunions, Receptions, Dances, & Admission Events
    • accommodates up to 185 people per Fire Marshal
    • access to kitchen with ice machine
    • restrooms
    • stage
    • 8,508 square feet​
  • Small Room - Meetings & Small Gatherings
    • accommodates up to 40 people
    • access to restrooms

Rental Fee & Deposit

Rental fee for the large room includes major cleaning prior to use, set-up and use of facility.  Refundable key & damage deposit of $100/$200 CASH will hold the large room. Balance of rental due 1 week before booked event. Cancellations must be made 1 week in advance for deposit to be returned. All bookings/damage deposits are CASH ONLY.
​Large Room - for reunions & receptions:
  • rental fee: $200/day (second day $100)
  • refundable damage deposit: $100/$200 if booking two days.
Large Room - for dances & admission events:
  • rental fee: $350/day
  • refundable damage deposit: $100/$200 if booking two days.​
Rental fee for the small room includes major cleaning, set-up and use of facility.  $30 will hold the small room and gets applied to the rent. Balance due 1 week before booked event. Cancellations must be made 1 week in advance for deposit to be returned. All bookings/damage deposits are CASH ONLY.
Small Room - for meetings & small gatherings:
  • Rental Fee: $75 for 1st day/$30 for additional day
  • Refundable damage deposit: $50/ additional $50 for second day
  • Any event that you are charging admission or selling product - $225 rental each day.
  • All deposits must be CASH.
  • Key must be returned the next business day to receive full cash deposit refund.
