Monitor Center Gym

The Monitor Center Gym is available to rent for your tournament, fair, circus, dance, dance competition, and other party & family events.  It has the following facilities & amenities:
  • accommodates up to 250 people
  • access to restrooms
  • 10,000 square feet

Rental Fee & Deposit

Rental fee includes major cleaning prior to facility use. Refundable damage/clean up/key deposit of $150 will hold the room. Balance of rental due 1 week before booked event. Cancellations must be made 1 week in advance for deposit to be returned. All bookings/damage deposits are CASH ONLY.
​For tournaments, fair & circus, dances, dance competitions, & admission events:
  • rental fee: $400/day
  • refundable damage & clean-up deposit: $100
  • refundable key deposit: $50
For party, family, & other events:
  • rental fee: $250/day; $50/half-day (not to exceed 4 hours)
  • refundable damage & clean-up deposit: $100
  • refundable key deposit: $50
