Mission & Vision
The Fitzgerald-Ben Hill County Humane Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of animals. Our primary purposes are the prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering among animals and the promoting of humane education. In fulfilling these purposes, it is the policy of the Humane Society to provide care and treatment for all animals entrusted to our care, to reunite lost pets and their owners, to humanely euthanize those suffering animals that are neither returned to their owners nor adopted and to offer education programs for children and adults alike.
