The City of Fitzgerald notice is for the services received from living inside the corporate limits, such as city fire service, city policing services, lower utility rates, etc.

No. At this time the system does not allow for partial payments. Since the City’s millage rate has remained below 10 mills, a part payment receipting process has not been developed.
