City Attorneys

The City Attorney is the legal advisor and general counsel for the Mayor and City Council, as well as boards and commissions of the city. The City Attorney will provide legal opinions on any subject or matter in which legal questions are involved. The City Attorney attends the sessions of Mayor and City Council and represents the city in any litigation in which the City of Fitzgerald is involved.
