Items for donation should be taken to the museum, with all known provenance of its history in Fitzgerald. The museum's focus is the founding era of 1895-1920s. But other areas such as local veteran, Cotton Mill, Monitor and Queensland schools, business, and other artifacts are sought. After and item is received, it will be presented to the board for accessioning. Items may be donated as a charitable gift or lent to the museum.
