Mission Statement: The Fitzgerald-Ben Hll Arts Council strives to make the arts accessible, affordable and available to all people.

The Fitzgerald-Ben Hill Arts Council is a vital part of this community and our region providing programming, events and cultural experiences that many people in the community may not otherwise have. We have a responsibility to this community to educate, entertain and improve the quality of life through the arts. The Fitzgerald-Ben Hill Arts Council is a nonprofit 501c3 sustained by the generosity of its membership, a growing and thriving community of artists, crafters, collectors, actors, musicians, educators and art appreciators.

The arts council’s “season” runs from September 1 to August 31. During that season, we are providing cultural experiences through many avenues from concerts, live productions, art exhibits, workshops, classes, camps and more. Additionally, the arts council partners with the City of FitzgeraldDepartment of Tourism Arts & Culture to help facilitate programs such as the artist-in-residence program operated out of The Studio.
