Payroll/Insurance
The Payroll/Insurance Clerk, Rebecca Oellerich, performs duties in the preparation of payroll and required reports, assigns Workers Compensation expenditures to proper departments, coordinates and conducts a bid process when needed for Employee Group Health Insurance, and generates the required Form W-2’s and other state and federal required reports.
The Payroll/Insurance Clerk is also responsible for organizing the City’s Annual Wellness Health Fair for city employees and the Wellness Program for city employees. Any insurance agent wishing to be contacting when the Group Health Insurance Bid process is conducted may request to be added on the City’s Group Health Insurance Bid List by submitting an email to the Payroll/Insurance Clerk. |
